Oh! and when last did you read your P&P? Yes! that little box you checked, when you joined your company, that you agree to the terms & conditions and Policies and Procedures. You thought (as I did) that all companies had the same P&P (as I did!) so you just checked the box and proceded on your merry way to start building it....?? How is it working out for you?

Would you agree that if a network marketing company has a legal team that writes the P&P and oversees the legalities of the company, the network marketing company has probably spent around a quarter of a million dollars retaining this legal department? If you don't agree, that's fine, just think carefully about what this means....
It really means that the legal department must now justify its existence, because they just added that amount, a quarter of a million dollars, as overhead to the company! And do you realize that YOU are paying for this legal team through your Comp Plan?
Your P&P is YOUR contract with your company! .... and most lawyers LOVE to write ALL This BS! You'd better READ yours and ensure NO smashed dreams.
As one of my mentors says...To be successful would you say it's the "The Super-Star space commander bonus paid out on the second full moon of every month?" :) Oh, ok some comp plans are really tricky and hard to understand! But remember that the compensation plan is the company's only revenue stream and it drives the behaviour in the field. Does Your Compensation Plan Focus On Recruit, Recruit, Recruit..??
Please DO a calculation and ask yourself: How many people do I need to have in order to earn one hundred dollars recurring monthly income? No fast starts or bonuses etc. to be included, as those are not residual. Once you know the number for 100 it's easy to calculate 500, 1000 and up.
About 90% of your team will be part timers, working about 10 hours a week. Can they recruit all these thousands of people to maybe earn $100? They have to earn an extra paycheck, an extra $50, $100 or $300 weekly, otherwise you'll lose them. Is your Comp Plan feasible for the part-timer? They are the greatest promoters, does your Comp Plan pay you for Retailing Products?
